SIX ROWS MONFERRATO DOLCETTO DOC
Our dolcetto comes from selected grapes and is intended to be presented as a young, drinkable wine but at the same time possesses complex characteristics that make it unique and special.
The name 6 Filari comes from the number of rows of the first Dolcetto vineyard that was on the farm.

Vinification and aging
A classic red vinification is made with maceration for about 7 to 8 days.
It is then allowed to age a few months in steel and then bottled.
Sensory notes
It has a dry and characteristic aroma, and the taste is calm with good body, pleasant and full-bodied.
Very slight bitterness characteristic of Dolcetto.
Pairings
It goes well with cheese-based appetizers, dry first courses, white meat main courses, and soft cheeses.
