The name Grangrì comes from a play on words intended to bring out the “greatness” of this wine.

Vinification and aging
A classic red wine making process is carried out with maceration for about a week.
Afterwards, refinement in steel is carried out. As soon as it matures, Grangri’ is bottled and left to age a few months.
Sensory notes
It has a delicate odor and a pale red color, characteristic of grignolino.
The taste is slightly tannic and astringent pleasantly bitter with a lingering aftertaste.

Italian-style appetizers, soups, vegetable pies, boiled meats, cheeses.

18° – 20° C
