Vinification and aging
Red vinification with macerations of about 25 days.
Aged 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Sensory notes
Wine with a characteristic and persistent bouquet on the palate is dry and structured, harmonious and very elegant with a pleasant tannic and toasted note.
Pairings
Excellent with beef, chicken and pork dishes. Perfect with cold cuts and aged cheeses, risottos and lasagna.
