Barbera D’Asti Superiore Tutti i frutti comes from vineyards in Nizza Monferrato, adjacent to the winery.
The name Tutti i Frutti comes from the idea of fruit that is meant to be experienced by those who taste this wine.

Vinification and aging
Work in the vineyards is meticulously cared for, and before the harvest the grapes are thinned and selected.
After the various stages of vinification, the wine is aged for about 12 months in 30-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels.
When mature, the wine is bottled and allowed to rest in the bottle 3-4 months.
Sensory notes
It has an intense and lingering aroma with hints of dark berries and hints of cinnamon.
The palate is balanced, dry and full-bodied with a pleasant sweet tannic note.
Pairings
It goes well with important first courses,meat dishes,game and aged cheeses.
